What you'll be doing:An exciting role has become available within our Client On-Boarding Team, to carry out Know Your Customer (KYC) On-boarding activities for the Corporate & Institutional Banking business area.
In this role, you'll apply Global Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Standards with our policies and procedures to complete due diligence.
You'll spot high-risk factors that could lead to a critical issue and provide a client-first service.
In this role you'll:- Deliver accurate, high-quality work that supports positive outcomes for clients and colleagues
- Build positive relationships and provide excellent service to a wide range of stakeholders
- Act as a trusted point of contact, offering mentorship on processes and procedures
- Prioritise while maintaining high standards and meeting deadlines
- Support Know Your Business (KYB) and KYC activities, helping ensure compliance with regulatory and policy requirements
- Develop your expertise through ongoing training and learning opportunities.

What we're looking for?- Knowledge of KYB/KYC requirements and an understanding of corporate structures and entity types
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and confidently
- Experience building effective relationships and managing stakeholder expectations
- A risk and compliance mindset, with the confidence to identify and upscale issues when needed
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail, able to manage competing priorities
- A customer-focused approach and a dedication to delivering high-quality outcomes.
- Continuous improvement approaches such as Lean, Six Sigma or Systems Thinking.
- Understanding of company-wide policies and how to apply them in practice
- Technical understanding in how the Group is organised.
