Client Service Assocate - Level 1

We are recruiting for a Client Services Associate to join an established wealth management business.

You'll support Financial Advisers and the wider Private Wealth team with client administration, new business and ongoing client servicing.

• Support the onboarding and ongoing servicing of clients
• Process payments, withdrawals and transfers for ISAs, SIPPs, bonds and GIAs
• Process Letters of Authority and obtain information from providers
• Produce valuations, performance reports and transaction statements
• Support new business applications and account administration
• Liaise with clients, Advisers and third-party providers
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation
• Ensure client communications are accurate and issued on time

• Previous wealth management or financial services experience is desirable but not essential,
• You will have strong attention to detail, organisation and communication skills, with a professional and client-focused approach.
• Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word and Excel, are required.
