Senior Corporate Tax Manager Edinburgh or Glasgow (2 days per week in the office)
£70,000 - £90,000 + Benefits + Bonus
I'm currently working with a leading professional services firm who are looking to bring in an experienced Senior Manager to their corporate tax advisory & compliance business.
You'll be joining a well established corporate tax team that works with a range of large corporates, multi national groups and privately owned businesses. This team would suit someone who enjoys a mix of tax advisory & compliance, with a focus on working on corporate tax advisory projects.
Key responsibilities:- Act as a trusted advisor, delivering commercially focused corporate tax advice
- Lead a portfolio of compliance and advisory engagements for a diverse client base
- Advise on tax structuring, reorganisations, refinancing, and transaction-related matters
- Manage client relationships and provide solutions to complex tax issues.
- Lead, mentor, and develop junior team members
- Support business development activities, proposals, and client pitches.
- Collaborate with Partners and specialists to deliver integrated tax solutions
- Drive high-quality client service and contribute to the growth of the tax practice
- Suitable qualification (ACA, ACCA, CTA, ATT)
- Strong UK corporate tax experience supporting large corporates, OMBs or multi national groups.
- Corporate tax advisory experience including group restricting, acquisitions, refinancing arrangements, Pillar 2, HMRC enquiries, risk management and governance etc
