Compliance Officer

Salary: £26,824 - £29,540 per annum

Type of vacancy:

Work pattern:
Full Time (37 hours per week)

Work Base:
County Hall, West Bridgford, NG2 7QP

Working Arrangements:
Hybrid

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough compliance checks to ensure adherence to contract terms.
  • Monitor and evaluate provider performance regularly.
  • Escalate non-compliance issues promptly to safeguard service users.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of compliance activities.
  • Stay updated on relevant legislation and best practices in compliance.
Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience in a compliance or regulatory role.
  • Full UK driving license and ability to travel across the authority area.
  • Knowledge of public sector procurement law and contract law, including EU regulations.
  • Familiarity with public sector financial regulations and procedures.
  • A strong understanding of the public sector policy environment, including Best Value principles.
