Overview
Carrington West is assisting a local authority client based in the Home Counties in recruiting a Senior Planning Enforcement Officer for their Town Planning department. This position is offered on an initial 6‑month contract, followed by rolling contracts.
Responsibilities- Handle urban and rural enforcement cases, including complex situations.
- Conduct site visits as required.
- Ensure compliance with planning regulations and enforcement procedures.
- Experience as an Enforcement professional in planning.
- Knowledge of urban and rural enforcement cases.
- Access to a vehicle and availability for occasional site visits.
- Holding an RTPI accredited Planning Degree or equivalent Planning qualification is beneficial.
Salary: £50 per hour (DOE).

6 months initial, then rolling.
