Location: City of Edinburgh
Blackwood is seeking a proactive Procurement and Contract Management Officer to lead procurement and contract activity across the organisation. You’ll ensure compliance with public sector legislation, deliver best value, and support colleagues through the contract lifecycle.
Edinburgh-based role with hybrid working and at least one day per week in the office. Experience with procurement regulations and contract management is essential; CIPS Level 3 is desirable.
