Spa Therapist

• Previous experience as a Spa Therapist in a luxury 4/5 star Hotel Spa environment.
• Current UK beauty therapy Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) with competence in facials, massage, nail and foot treatments, including gel nail application; preferred experience with Elemis, Comfort Zone and Ishga product houses.
• Driven to deliver outstanding and memorable customer service.
• Excellent at building rapport, making guests feel at home, relaxed, and creating magical memories.
• High emotional intelligence, anticipating guest needs and delivering a Hand Picked experience.
• Professional, organised, friendly, and proactive in anticipating guest needs.

• Competitive salary of £14.00 per hour, plus a share of service charge and commission on retail sales.
• Temporary part‑time role on a rota basis, 32 hours per week (4 days out of 7, including weekends).
