As the new Senior Client Advisor in Beauty, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them discover products and rituals that make them feel confident and inspired. You’ll provide an exceptional and enjoyable 5

• Guiding clients through our exclusive beauty collections across skincare, haircare, fragrance, makeup, and wellness
• Using your product expertise to offer tailored consultations and personalised recommendations
• Building and maintaining authentic, long‑lasting relationships with clients to ensure an exceptional experience at every touchpoint
• Staying ahead of the latest trends, innovations, and launches in luxury beauty and niche brands
• Ensuring immaculate presentation of counters and secure handling of premium products
• Being flexible and available when our clients need you most, including evenings and weekends
