The successful candidate will be joining our newly refurbished Spa, rooted in the rhythms of the Mediterranean, Irene Forte Spa is a serene world of holistic wellbeing and restorative calm in the heart of Edinburgh.

Discover bespoke rituals using Irene Forte Skincares award-winning vegan products (Manicurist, Davines), innovative therapies with volcanic stones and quartz, and advanced technologies including LYMA Laser Pro and Tri Energy.

As a valued part of the Forte family, you will:

• Be able to perform all guest care and treatments offered in our Spa Brochure

• Deliver outstanding customer service and care to our guests

• Ensure the expectations of our guests are met at all times, and they feel pampered

• Act naturally in all your communications
