About the RoleAs a Hearing Wellness Advisor you will gain hands‑on experience with cutting‑edge hearing technology, perform hearing screenings, assist with hearing aid maintenance, and receive comprehensive, fully funded training at the Boots Hearing care Academy. This is an ideal stepping stone into a clinical audiology career with opportunities for progression into advanced hearing care roles.
Responsibilities- Perform hearing screenings and assist customers with hearing aid fitting and maintenance.
- Provide quality customer service and educate clients about hearing health.
- Support the use of advanced hearing technology and recommend tailored solutions.
- Participate in structured training and mentorship programs, gaining hands‑on experience with audiologists.
- Follow general health & safety guidelines and maintain accurate records.

Boots Hearing care provides full funding for training at our dedicated Academy in Llandudno. The structured programme includes:
- Core audiology knowledge.
- Customer interaction and specialist procedures.
- In‑store mentorship with experienced audiologists.
- Hands‑on practice with hearing screenings, consultations, and maintenance.
After completion you may progress into:
- Clinical audiology roles, towards formal qualifications.
- Hearing Care Specialist – more responsibility in assessments and ear care services.
- Hearing Aid Audiologist (HAA) – further training and qualifications.
- Integral team member supporting Boots Hearing care’s mission.
