Social Care Worker

As a Social Care Worker with Primecare Health Ltd, you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care that supports independence, dignity and wellbeing.

• Provide personalised support in line with individual care plans
• Assist with personal care such as washing, dressing and continence support
• Support individuals with daily activities including meal preparation, shopping and household tasks
• Help people attend appointments and access their local community
• Promote independence, choice and confidence through respectful, person-centred care
• Build positive, trusting relationships with individuals and their families

This role is about supporting people to live their lives in a way that matters to them — not just completing tasks.

• Previous experience in care is helpful but not essential. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.

Flexible shift patterns
Pay: £12.90 - £14.00 per hour
