Our Connect and Support Volunteers provide practical guidance and emotional support to older people, helping them navigate services and overcome challenges.
Responsibilities- Provide practical guidance and emotional support to older people, helping them navigate services and overcome challenges.
- Advocate on behalf of older people and use problem-solving skills to find solutions.
- Respect professional boundaries while offering support.
- Contribute to a supportive volunteer community and share experiences.
- Good listeners with patience and empathy.
- Assertive and proactive in finding solutions.
- Able to maintain professional boundaries while offering support.
This role is fully remote—you can help people all over the UK from your own home.
