Role Synopsis
This is a senior leadership opportunity within a growing preventative healthcare clinic
, combining clinical leadership, operational management, and commercial support in a single role.
The Head of Operations will be responsible for ensuring safe, high-quality clinical service delivery while building scalable operational processes to support business growth
. The position blends hands-on clinical responsibilities with strategic operational oversight

Key Responsibilities
Clinical Leadership & Governance- Act as Clinical Manager, ensuring clinical standards, patient safety, and quality of care
- Maintain oversight of clinical governance, risk management, audits, and quality improvement
- Ensure compliance with professional standards, clinical guidelines, and internal policies
- Provide clinical insight into senior leadership and board-level discussions
- Deliver Fibro Scan examinations in line with clinic schedules
- Communicate results clearly and professionally to patients
- Provide high-quality patient care and support throughout the patient journey
- Oversee day-to-day clinic operations
- Develop and improve operational processes and workflows
- Implement and maintain SOPs and operational documentation
- Manage scheduling, capacity planning, and resource allocation
- Support execution of business strategy alongside the CEO
- Engage with corporate and individual enquiries
- Identify opportunities to expand services and improve patient pathways
- Support website updates and Linked In activity
- Maintain consistent brand messaging
- Contribute to awareness campaigns around preventative health
- Maintain ISO compliance and quality management standards
- Prepare documentation for audits and governance reviews
- Ensure operational compliance with healthcare regulations
- Clinical background with relevant healthcare qualification (degree level or above)
- Strong understanding of clinical governance and healthcare operations
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong organisational and project management capability
- Experience working within UK healthcare (NHS or private sector)
- Experience in healthcare operations within a growing organisation
- Familiarity with operational systems, marketing tools, or clinic management platforms
