A luxury care company is seeking an experienced Peripatetic Clinical Lead Nurse to support its high-quality nursing homes across Glasgow, Stirling, and Edinburgh. Details of this Peripatetic Clinical Lead position and what the successful candidate will receive:
- Competitive hourly rate of 26.00 - 28.00 per hour
(equivalent to 59,150 - 63,700 per annum, dependent on experience) - Full-time, permanent contract - 43.75 hours per week
- Day shifts on a rolling rota
- Peripatetic role covering Glasgow, Stirling, and Edinburgh
- Shift times: 7:30am - 9:00pm
- Meals included on shift
- Two complimentary 15-minute breaks

In this Peripatetic Clinical Lead role, you will:
Provide senior clinical leadership across multiple services, supporting Home Managers and nursing teams to maintain outstanding standards of care. You will oversee care planning, medication management, clinical audits, and compliance, while also supporting staffing, mentoring nurses, and driving continuous improvement across the region.
What our client is looking for in a Peripatetic Clinical Lead:
- NMC Registered Nurse - Adult/RGN, Mental Health/RMN, or Learning Disability Nurse/RNLD
- Proven experience in a Clinical Lead, Deputy Manager, Home Manager, or Peripatetic role
- Strong understanding of clinical governance, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance
- Able to effectively manage resources and support services to improve performance without compromising care quality
- A confident, credible leader with the ability to inspire and support both clinical and non-clinical teams
- Demonstrable career stability with a proven track record of long-term commitment and sustained impact within senior nursing or leadership roles
- Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel between services
