We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our team, providing high-quality home care services to elderly and disabled individuals in their own homes. You will play a vital role in helping our clients maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with housing support tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and general household maintenance
  • Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary requirements and preferences
  • Provide medication prompts and ensure safe medication management
  • Offer companionship and emotional support to clients
  • Maintain accurate care records and report any changes in client condition
  • Follow individual care plans and adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the care coordination team
  • SVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) or willingness to work towards qualification
  • Previous experience in care or support work (preferred but not essential)
  • Valid PVG certificate (or willingness to obtain)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassionate, patient, and reliable nature
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekends
  • Valid driving license and access to own transport (preferred)
