Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role located in Edinburgh for a Dual Role Medical Admin preferrably with Allied Health Profession Skills such as phlebotomy/ nirsing skills, nutrition, lifestlye coaching or sports physiology. The role involves managing administrative tasks such as appointment scheduling, receptionist duties, and delivering exceptional customer service. It also includes using allied health expertise to assist with client care and expanding our clinics holistic service.
Qualifications- Strong skills in Appointment Scheduling, Receptionist Duties, and Phone Etiquette
- Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and handle administrative responsibilities proficiently
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with patients and team members
- Experience in patient care and familiarity with clinical settings is advantageous
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in medical administration or related fields are preferred
