Royal Hospital for Children & Young People, Edinburgh, Radiology Directorate. Band 6 Specialist Radiographer Full-Time (37 hours). Permanent. 3 New Posts to Support the Implementation of a 5/7 Roster.

As from 1/4/26, the Agenda for Change full-time working week will be reducing from 37 to 36 hours per week. Part time hours will be reduced pro-rata. Please note that the pay scale in this advert will not be changing as a result.

We are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic and conscientious radiographer with paediatric imaging experience. Applications are invited for the position of Specialist Radiographer in the RHCYP imaging department. The successful applicant will be required to participate in the 5/7 roster which includes out of hours, weekends and overnight on-call. The successful applicant will work with state‑of‑the‑art equipment and may have the opportunity to work on cross‑section scanners in both paediatric and adult settings in CT/MRI.

Applicants should have relevant postgraduate experience. A PVG Scheme membership/record is also required.
