WorkHours and Salary
As from 1/4/26, the Agenda for Change full-time working week will be reducing from 37 to 36 hours per week. Part time hours will be reduced pro-rata. Please note that the pay scale in this advert will not be changing as a result.
EligibilityTo work in the United Kingdom, you must demonstrate relevant permission to work in the country. This permission is, without exception, granted by the UK Visa and Immigration Service. This post requires the post holder to have a PVG Scheme membership/record.
If the post holder is not a current PVG member for the required regulatory group, then an application will need to be made to Disclosure Scotland and deemed satisfactory before they can begin in post.
We are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic and conscientious radiographer with paediatric imaging experience. Applications are invited for the position of Specialist Radiographer in the RHCYP imaging department. The successful applicant will be required to participate in the 5/7 roster which includes out of hours, weekends and overnight on-call. The successful applicant will work with state‑of‑the‑art equipment and may have the opportunity to work on cross‑section scanners in both paediatric and adult settings in CT/MRI.
QualificationsApplicants should have relevant postgraduate experience. A PVG Scheme membership/record is also required.
