Working hours and payFrom 1 April 2026, the Agenda for Change full‑time working week will be reduced from 37 to 36 hours per week. Part‑time hours will be reduced pro‑rata. Corresponding increase in the hourly rate ensures pay remains unaffected.
Role overviewTo provide an efficient and effective health records service to patients, medical staff and other health care professionals. To assist and support in the day‑to‑day running of the Department, ensuring that a high‑quality service is provided and maintained within designated timescales. Responsible for the supervision of a team of staff, including supporting staff training, addressing initial staffing issues and escalating to management when appropriate.
To work in the United Kingdom, you must have the relevant permission to work in the country.
