Pay: £26,832 - £29,121 per year pro rata (depending on experience/qualifications)

What You’ll Do:

Support daily routines, including personal care, meals, and medication.
Encourage independence and choice for each service user.
Help individuals engage with community activities and appointments.
Build positive relationships with clients, families, and colleagues.
Maintain accurate care records and follow individual support plans.

What We’re Looking For:

A kind, patient, and compassionate nature.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Previous care experience is a bonus, but full training is provided.
Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends.
SVQ Level 2 in Health C Social Care is desirable but not essential.
Driving licence preferred but not required.
