Care Assistant

As a Care Assistant, you will support clients in their homes to provide personal care and companionship. Your role will be centred around building relationships as a foundation to assist with practical tasks such as housework, preparation of meals and daily personal care, helping clients continue living independently.

• A driving licence and a car.
• Proof of right to work in the United Kingdom.
• Ability to pass the DBS/PVG check.

• Contract options: hourly or salaried, directly employed by Bright Care.
• A regular schedule with visits of at least two hours and a thorough matching process to foster long‑term, meaningful relationships.
