As a Personal Assistant (Support Worker) at Enable, you will work closely with individuals to support their daily living, personal care, and social participation. You are expected to make a positive difference in the lives of the people you support and help each person achieve their goals and outcomes.

• Assist with personal care, moving and handling, and positive behavioural support tailored to each individual’s needs.
• Support the expansion of social networks and connections by encouraging participation in activities such as swimming, walks, and social outings.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure the safety, wellbeing and aspirations of the people we support are met.
• Maintain a supportive, patient, and respectful approach, respecting each individual’s routine and preferences.
