Position: Support Worker (Female)

Are you an experienced Care Assistant or Support Worker with a passion for helping others?

Shifts

Our shifts: 7 am – 9.30 pm, 7 am – 2.30 pm, 2 pm – 9.30 pm, 9.30 pm – 7.30 am (waking nights)

Shift requirement: Day shifts working different days each week and including some weekends.

Contract: Part‑time and full‑time hours available — permanent role.

Driving licence required? No.

What You'll Be Doing

You will support four individuals (three ladies and one gentleman) who share a home, performing everyday tasks that empower them to live independently.

You’ll Help With
  • Home and daily living tasks
  • Medication and personal care (including hoisting – previous hoisting experience preferred)
  • Promoting independence and choice
  • Appointments and finances
  • Daily activities
