ShiftsOur shifts: 7 am – 9.30 pm, 7 am – 2.30 pm, 2 pm – 9.30 pm, 9.30 pm – 7.30 am (waking nights)
Shift requirement: Day shifts working different days each week and including some weekends.
Contract: Part‑time and full‑time hours available — permanent role.
Driving licence required? No.
What You'll Be DoingYou will support four individuals (three ladies and one gentleman) who share a home, performing everyday tasks that empower them to live independently.
You’ll Help With- Home and daily living tasks
- Medication and personal care (including hoisting – previous hoisting experience preferred)
- Promoting independence and choice
- Appointments and finances
- Daily activities
- Inclusivity – We welcome support workers, Care Assistants, veterans, people with lived experience and those new to the sector.

- Genuine occupational requirement – this role is for a female colleague to support the individuals we cater.
