Job Title: Registered Home Manager – Nursing Home
Location: Liverpool
Salary: £60,000 per annum
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Home Manager to lead a well-established, medium-sized nursing home. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven professional to oversee the day-to-day operations of a service dedicated to delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
You will be responsible for ensuring the home operates in line with regulatory standards while fostering a positive, supportive environment for residents, families, and staff.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the overall management and smooth running of the nursing home
- Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and all relevant legislation
- Lead, motivate, and develop a multidisciplinary team
- Maintain high standards of clinical care and resident wellbeing
Manage budgets and resources effectively - Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external professionals
- Drive continuous improvement and uphold quality standards
- Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with a valid NMC pin (preferred)
- Previous experience as a Home Manager or Deputy Manager in a nursing home setting
- Strong knowledge of CQC standards and regulatory frameworks
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- Passionate about delivering outstanding care
