Working closely with the Service Leader and Support Worker Team, you will be responsible for supporting vulnerable individuals in their day to day lives. Each person we support is unique, so the support you provide will be person-centred and will focus on achieving the best lives possible for each individual.

8am - 9pm | 9pm - 8am (sleepover)

Days and sleepovers - working different days each week and including some weekends

You’ll support 2 young men, who share their home, with everyday tasks to ensure they’re supported to be as independent as possible. For this role, we’re looking for male staff.

Sometimes the people we support really need a male or female person to support them. For this particular role, a male colleague is required. This is a genuine occupational requirement as defined by the Equality Act 2010.
