Providing end to end audit governance, calibration, assurance and clinical quality support across allocated contracts, ensuring consistent alignment with clinical policy and contractual standards.
A key interfacing role with Independent Audit (DWP) and internal clinical/operational stakeholders to review, accept/challenge and elevate audit outcomes, translating insights into targeted quality improvement. Training, developing and calibrating auditors, offering expert clinical advice to the business. Undertaking limited clinical work to maintain approval and credibility.

Skills and Qualifications Qualifications & Experience Essential
- Qualified health professional with current registration/license to practice and continuous professional development compliance.
- Competent Disability Analyst in relevant benefit type, maintained approval and consistent performance in key role responsibilities.
- Substantial experience in clinical audit (including governance/calibration) within disability assessment or a comparable setting.
- Proven experience in reviewing, interpreting and objectively challenging Independent Audit feedback referencing clinical policy and evidence.
- Qualified to perform CHDA case audits and able to instruct on writing reports that meet "A grade" requirements.
- Proven experience designing/delivering calibration, training and clinical development for auditors and healthcare professionals.
- Strong MI/analytics capability, with attention to detail, to identify trends and generate actionable insights.
- Experienced coach and mentor, providing sensitive but robust constructive feedback, driving quality improvement.
- Up to date knowledge of WCA/PIP/SB clinical policy with consistent CPD/revalidation and adherence to governing body codes of conduct.
- Experience clinically supporting a team of health professionals and/or leading clinical change initiatives.
- Advanced MS PowerPoint/Excel for insights and reporting.
- Cross benefit calibration and multi lot governance experience.
