Alzheimer Scotland is seeking a motivated individual to join the East Renfrewshire Older Person Community Mental Health Team as a Post Diagnostic Support Link Worker. This part-time role (14 hours per week) focuses on supporting individuals recently diagnosed with dementia to lead fulfilling lives in their communities.
The position requires excellent communication skills, a warm and flexible approach, and the ability to build strong relationships. Knowledge of dementia, a recognised professional qualification, and a full driving licence are essential. The role will involve some virtual support and collaboration.
