Community Case Management Services Ltd in Tonbridge is seeking a dedicated support worker to assist an adult client with spinal injury. You will enable meaningful activities, support weekly appointments and accompany therapeutic sessions, while helping with daily living tasks and home safety.
The role requires driving, reliability, and a friendly, proactive approach to engage in activities and outings across the UK. 10 hours per week, paid at £20 per hour, with DBS training provided.
