Position: Medical Records Administrator – Private Hospital (Permanent)

Spire Southampton Hospital is seeking a Medical Records Administrator to join the busy medical records department on a full-time permanent basis. You will be responsible for the accurate preparation, tracking and storage of all medical records for the hospital, ensuring records are ready for outpatient clinics and other procedures.

The role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organisational skills and effective communication.
