As a Care Worker, you'll support older people to live with dignity, independence and comfort. From helping with daily routines and personal care to providing encouragement and companionship, you'll play an important role in helping residents live well and feel valued.
Whether you're experienced in care or considering a completely new career, we'll provide the support, training and development opportunities you need to succeed.

What you will do

* Support residents with personal care and day-to-day living

* Maintain accurate records and follow care procedures

About you
You will be kind, dependable and committed to helping others. You'll enjoy working with people and understand the importance of treating everyone with dignity, respect and compassion. Previous experience in care is welcome but not essential. We're equally interested in people with the right values, a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. You will hold, or be willing to work towards, an SVQ Level 3 in Social Services and Healthcare.

This role requires membership of the PVG Scheme and registration with the SSSC.
