About the role

We are looking for kind, compassionate nurses to join our committed care home teams. You will be a registered nurse with at least 12 months experience in health or social care, a valid NMC PIN, and a passion for delivering person‑centred care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical care and support to residents in a nurse‑led environment.
  • Make complex clinical decisions and collaborate with multi‑disciplinary teams.
  • Mentor and share knowledge with colleagues, acting as a practice supervisor and assessor to students.
  • Advocate and deliver person‑centred care for residents and their families.
  • Identify and respond to safeguarding concerns, attend safeguarding training, and report issues appropriately.
  • Support residents during life‑changing decisions.
  • Be flexible to work day shift with occasional nights as required.
Qualifications
  • Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN.
  • Minimum 12 months experience in health or social care.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Commitment to professional standards set by the NMC.
  • Experience in mentoring or supervising colleagues (desirable).
