Bank Team Leader
Salary: £15.08 per hour.
Working Hours:
Bank Contract As/When needed in service.
- Lead and support a residential team caring for older people.
- Build strong relationships with residents, family, friends, healthcare professionals and line managers.
- Maintain accurate care plans and ensure clear communication of residents' needs and progress.
- Follow guidelines, policies, and support service users to achieve daily life goals.
- Previous experience working with older people in residential care.
- Flexible, patient, caring, organized, and skilled in communication.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Completed or working toward QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
