Randolph Hill Nursing Homes Group are looking for an exceptional Care Assistant to join our team in Blenham House, Edinburgh.

- Maintain correctly written records as required by the company and statutory bodies
- Minimum of 1 year of care experience within any elderly care setting, or student nurses
- From time to time we may consider people without experience if they have good reasons for working in care and the skill mix allows
- For Principal Carer posts an SVQ 3 is essential along with team leadership experience in a care environment
- Experience working with elderly people and knowledge of dementia, delivering clinical support
- Good time‑management and prioritisation skills
- Strong problem‑solving and ability to manage a diverse range of situations effectively
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, especially report writing
- Ability to deal with a variety of issues and respond appropriately
