Advinia Group is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to lead care teams and deliver high-quality, person-centred care in our UK care homes. You will work closely with Nurses or Deputy Managers to ensure resident dignity and safety, coaching staff and updating care plans.
Night shifts run from 20:00 to 08:00, with opportunities for training, progression, and a supportive working environment. NVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care or equivalent is required, along with experience in a similar role.
