Cera Care is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant for Lingham Court & Charleston House. This is a full-time role in our Extra Care Unit, focusing on personalised care plans and supporting residents to stay as independent as possible.
You will assist with daily activities, meals, medication, and light housework while providing companionship and emotional support to residents and their families. Training will be provided to ensure confidence and compassion in every interaction.
