About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Female Care Worker to join our team. This role requires someone with a valid UK driving license and access to their own car, as you will be traveling to clients’ homes to provide essential care and support.

Main Duties
  • Assist with personal hygiene, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Support with toileting needs and continence management.
  • Administer prescribed medications and monitor health conditions.
  • Report any changes in health to a supervisor or healthcare professional.
  • Help clients with mobility and transfers, using appropriate equipment.
  • Accompany clients to appointments or social activities.
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
  • Ensure the home environment is safe and comfortable.
  • Provide companionship and engage in conversation to alleviate loneliness.
  • Support clients’ mental and emotional well-being through active listening and encouragement.
  • Maintain accurate records of care provided and any changes in the client’s condition.
  • Complete daily logs and report to the supervisor as required.
  • Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Attend regular training sessions and stay updated with best practices in care.
Qualifications

Please note we are only able to consider applicants who meet the minimum requirements below:

  • Demonstrable experience of working in care in the UK.
  • A strong standard of English, both written and verbally.
  • That you share our values of kindness, inclusivity, honesty, aspiration, and creativity.
  • Valid UK driving license and access to a car.
