The Role
  • To provide comprehensive Administrative and Clerical support to clinical and non-clinical staff in order to ensure the smooth running of the service.

The working pattern for this role contains various hours. Availability and preferences in regard to part and full time will be considered and further discussed at interview.

In This Key Role, You Will
  • General reception duties.
  • Switchboard.
  • Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Day to day maintenance of departmental requirements to ensure the smooth running of the department.
  • Dealing with enquiries, either face-to-face or by telephone, from the general public, patients and external agencies.
What You'll Bring
  • Educated to standard grade level or experience in a similar role
  • Well developed interpersonal skills in customer care.
  • Excellent communication skills.

    Good organisational and planning skills.
