HC-One is seeking an Activities Co-ordinator to plan and deliver engaging activities for Residents across our Dementia, Nursing, Residential and Specialist care homes. You’ll work with the Home Manager to organise events, boost social interaction and enrich daily life with kindness at the heart of everything you do.
You’ll bring experience with vulnerable individuals, strong planning and IT skills, and the ability to motivate a team.
