** Rowland House is a specialist mental health residential service providing rehabilitation, care and support to vulnerable people with complex mental health conditions.

** What you'll be working:
** Your hours are based on a rota working every other weekend.
* 2 part time positions & 1 Full time position
* Part-time - 24 hours
* Waking Nights* £31,098.09 (FTE) per annum pro rata
** What you'll be doing:
** As a member of our team, you will support residents to achieve outcomes in areas such as:
* Mental wellbeing
* Independent living skills
* Medication/ including self-management
* Physical health and wellbeing
* Community integration and social inclusion
* Education, volunteering and employment opportunities
* Building and maintaining healthy relationships
* Financial management and budgeting skills
* Meaningful occupation and purposeful daily activities
* Positive risk-taking and risk management
* Emotional regulation and resilience
* Relapse prevention and recovery planning
* Supporting our residents with day to day needs which might include personal care
** What you'll have:
*** Successful candidates will be required to undergo an Enhanced DBS
* Flexible, professional, and positive approach to multi-site working.
* Proven reliability in terms of full attendance and timekeeping.
* Ability to work as part of a team and as an individual.
* Self-confidence and ability to manage challenging situations
