Active Care Group’s Russell Hill site in Purley is seeking a Senior Support Worker to join a large UK provider of complex care. The role is full-time (42 hours/week) with rota-based weekend work, delivering high-quality care to adults with autism, learning disabilities and other complex needs.
You will work within a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, deliver and evaluate care, while maintaining accurate records and supporting residents to achieve their planned outcomes.
