** Woodland Court

** Caterham.
** Woodland Court is made up of 27 single occupancy and 2 shared self-contained flats. Woodland Court is a modern supported living service providing care and support for up to 29 adults. Set in large grounds in a tranquil part of Caterham, Woodland Court is just a short walk from the town centre. We offer person-centred care to people to support them to become as independent as possible.
** What you'll be working:
** Your hours are based on a rota working every other weekend.
* Full time hours
* 42 hours per week
* Night shifts, 20:00pm to 08:15am
** What you'll be doing:
*** Supporting our clients with daily activities
* Supporting their care plans to establish routine
* Ensure the client feels safe, and stable within their day to day care
* Personal Care
* Administrating medication (if required)
** What you'll have:
*** Successful candidates will be required to undergo an Enhanced DBS
* Flexible, professional, and positive approach to multi-site working.
* Proven reliability in terms of full attendance and timekeeping.
* Ability to work as part of a team and as an individual.
* Self-confidence and ability to manage challenging situations
