HSC are recruiting on behalf ofCare Support Scotland who support people with a diverse range of care needs to live fulfilling, independent lives within their communities.

The people they support include people with learning disabilities, autism, mental health conditions, acquired brain injuries, and mobility issues. They provide different levels of care tailored to each individuals needs, goals, and aspirations.

As a Support Worker, you will play a key role in delivering person-centred, high-quality support that promotes wellbeing, independence, dignity, and inclusion.

• Deliver high-quality, person-centred support tailored to the individual needs, goals, and aspirations of the people you support.
• Support individuals with daily living, personal care, tenancy sustainment, emotional wellbeing, and social inclusion where required.
• Contribute to and implement personalised support plans, participating in regular reviews, goal setting, and risk assessments.
