Cross Reach is seeking a Senior Care Worker to provide high-quality, person-centred care and guidance to colleagues across the team. You will lead shifts, support day-to-day service running and help ensure residents thrive in a safe, welcoming environment.
The role requires SVQ Level 3 in Social Services and Healthcare, with willingness to work towards SVQ Level 4, PVG Scheme membership and SSSC registration. This is a shift-based position with two out of every three weekends worked.
