We're looking for compassionate Female Support Workers to join our friendly team in the TS24 area, supporting three wonderful ladies andfantastic gentleman who love getting out, trying new things, and making the most of life.

The people we support enjoy busy, active lifestyles and love spending time in their local community. From holidays abroad, shopping trips, theatre visits, cinema outings, and bowling, to catching up with friends and spending quality time with family, you'll be there to help create memorable experiences and support them to live the lives they choose.

No two days are the same, making this a truly rewarding role where you'll build genuine relationships and celebrate achievements both big and small.

As a Support Worker, you'll empower the people we support to live independently, pursue their interests, and enjoy life to the fullest.

Your role will include:

• Providing person-centred support tailored to individual needs
• Supporting with personal care while promoting dignity, choice, and independence
• Assisting with moving and positioning, including the use of hoisting equipment, wheelchair
• Supporting attendance at social activities, appointments, holidays, and days out
• Encouraging hobbies, interests, and community involvement
• Helping individuals maintain important relationships with family and friends
• Providing emotional reassurance, companionship, and encouragement

8am-10pm, 9am-10pm, 9am-1pm, 10am-10pm, 9am-4pm,12pm-5pm

Sleep ins are also part of the shift pattern and are compulsory
