NHS Lothian is seeking an experienced Band 8a Advanced Clinical Pharmacist to provide leadership to the pharmacy team supporting Edinburgh’s Community Hospitals and Hospital @Home.
You will work with GP Practices, Hospice and REAS, promote high-quality patient care, and drive transformation of pharmaceutical care within primary care. Postgraduate Diploma/MSc in Clinical Pharmacy or progress on the Core Advanced Curriculum is expected.
