A new and exciting opportunity has arisen within the organisation to deliver domestic abusecase management interventions acrossthe West Mercia area(including Herefordshire, Worcestershire, Shropshire & Telford), as part of the Drive Project.

Drive is an innovative national project that aims to improve the lives and safety of victims and children, by holding high-risk perpetrators to account. The project combines case management of perpetrators with a co-ordinated multi-agency response.

The project has been running in Worcestershire since 2018 andnow covers thewhole of West Mercia.

The post holder will look forward to a challenging and rewarding work environment, in which finding a balance between team working and utilising initiative is important. The post holder willhave excellent attention to detail, be motivated and able to organise workloads,demonstrateahigh levelof professionalism and be able to liaise effectively and foster relationships within a multi-agency environment.

As a Case manager you willidentifyandimplementsuitable interventions with high harm,high risk Domestic Abuse Perpetrators through a combination ofsupportwork,behaviour change and disrupt activities that enhances victim/survivor safety.

You’llwork closely with multi-agency partner representatives, to both gather anddisseminateinformation that informs and guides your work in alignment with national standards and best practice.

We are looking to appoint to this role as soon as possible. Extensive training will beprovidedand you willbe required to attend

Case manager training to gain an accreditation for working with perpetrators of DVA.

Location:

Combined home and office working

Full driving licence& access to a caris required.

Enhanced DBS and Police vetting will be undertaken with the successful candidate.

Interviews:

The interview will consist of attitudinal testing and a formal interview panel.

Applicants must be able to provide satisfactory evidence of their right to work in the UK at the application stage.
