Debenham Group Practice is seeking a Care Navigator to join our patient-facing team will help patients access information and the right services, using askmyGP to guide clinical requests and supporting the duty GP as part of a friendly navigation team.
Experience in admin or customer-facing roles is valued; ability to work across sites and with NHS systems is essential. Shifts include Wed, Thu and Fri, with a 07:30–18:30 window.
