An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the North East London NHS Foundation Trust as a Trustwide ADHD Coach, based at the Jane Atkinson Centre.

As a Trustwide ADHD Coach, you will play a pivotal role in empowering individuals with ADHD by providing tailored coaching and support. You will work collaboratively with service users and colleagues to promote neurodiversity-affirming practices and contribute to the development of services that prioritise wellbeing and co-production. Your work will have a lasting impact on the lives of those you support, helping them to achieve their goals and navigate challenges.

• Provide one-to-one coaching to individuals with ADHD, focusing on empowerment and practical strategies for daily life.
• Deliver group sessions to promote peer support and shared learning among service users.
• Collaborate with colleagues and service users to co-design and develop innovative service improvements.

• Proven ability to promote neurodiversity-affirming practices in professional settings.
• Experience acting as a positive role model, demonstrating empathy, understanding, and resilience.
• Strong skills in facilitating group work and fostering collaborative environments.

• Make a meaningful impact by empowering individuals with ADHD and promoting wellbeing.
• Be part of a supportive organisation that values diversity, inclusion, and professional development.
• Contribute to innovative service development through co-production and collaboration.

This post also attracts payment for High Cost Area Supplement of 15% of the basic salary (with a minimum of £4,870 to a maximum of £6,137 p.a. pro rata for part time).
