Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Night Senior Carer to lead a team of Care Assistants in a friendly care home in Exmouth. You will work alongside the Deputy General Manager to deliver quality, person-centred care and support residents’ needs during the night shift.
You will supervise the clinical team, contribute to medication routines, assessments and care plans, and ensure residents are treated with dignity, respect and compassion in a warm, welcoming environment.
