The Western Isles
Argyll & Bute

Outstanding Pay & Flexibility
Highly Competitive Rates:
From £19.00 up to £26.00 per hour (depending on experience, location, and role).
We have a variety of fulfilling roles available to suit your skills and preferences, including:
Homecare (Supporting individuals in their own homes and local communities)
Residential Care Homes
Supported Living Services

Full-time hours available with a stable placement duration, ranging from 45 hours - 70+.

What We Need From You
To maintain our high standards of care in these unique locations, you must meet the following criteria:
A minimum of 12 months of experience working as a Support Worker within the UK.
Willingness to commit to a placement of at least 3 months.
You must have access to your own car and a valid driving licence (essential for navigating island routes).
Experience with Moving & Handling, Administering Medication and providing personal care
