Porter role – Mount Royal Hotel Edinburgh by The Unlimited Collection

We are seeking a charming and engaging Porter with a passion for service excellence. You will report to the Assistant Front Office Manager, supporting our guests in creating memorable experiences of the city.

• Guest Services:
  Offer a warm welcome, provide accurate information, assist with luggage, and ensure comfort and safety.
• Checklists & Procedures:
  Complete checklists as per SOPs, maintain presence at the entrance, and comply with Health & Safety and Hygiene procedures.
• Deliveries & Requests:
  Manage deliveries, local transport bookings, and handle guest feedback and requests.

  Work as part of a team, promote hotel facilities, and support colleagues.
• General Duties:
  Keep lobby tidy, follow manual handling techniques, and may work as night porter when needed.

• Excellent guest engagement skills.
• Confident and calm manner.
• Previous customer service experience.
